Alicia Hess

Alicia Hess is a Real Estate Investor, Entrepreneur, and co-founder of Alpine West Group.  Her and her husband have been investing in Real Estate since 2011.  Since acquiring their first income producing single family rental they’ve been hooked.  They went on to invest in Notes, Hotels and Self- Storage.  With partners they own and operate 8 Self Storage facilities across the country and are focused on building out their Self-Storage Portfolio.

Prior to being a full-time Real Estate Investor and starting Alpine West Group; Alicia spent 15 years in the High-Tech space selling Cloud Storage Software.  She decided to pivot in 2018 and pursue another passion of hers, Commercial Real Estate.  She worked as a broker with some of the largest Commercial Real Estate firms and learned the ins and outs of purchasing and leasing.

During Covid she was blessed with their 3rd baby girl and stayed home to home school their 2 older girls.  It was then that she realized how precious time is and decided she needed to work for herself and build her schedule around being available for their kids.  Which was pivotal in starting their family-owned business; Alpine West Group.

Alicia’s extremely passionate about financial education for kids and teaching women how to invest so they have the time and energy to pour into our kids and families.  She believes our kids need us more than ever to be present for them and teach them that they can do hard things.

She enjoys working with other mom and pop family-owned businesses in the storage space and understands what its like to take a different path and start a business.  She knows the work it takes to find a facility, get it running properly and makes sure who ever she is doing business with is paid for the blood sweat and tears that have been put in over the years.

Alicia and her husband Andy have 3 daughters ages 2, 7 and 8.  They strive to create a legacy business for their girls and teach them how to build something from the ground up.  They love partnering with good people and building relationships that last a lifetime.
